Welcome to Wood. Fire. Salt. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any sauna session or event.
1. General Information
Wood. Fire. Salt. provides mobile sauna and wellness experiences throughout Central Alberta.
All bookings and services are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly with the owner, Brenna Trimble.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received or otherwise agreed upon.
- Payment can be made via Square, e-transfer, or another approved method.
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include full setup and takedown.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Use of Sauna & Safety
By using our sauna, guests acknowledge that:
- Sauna use involves exposure to high heat, which may not be suitable for everyone.
- Individuals with medical conditions, heart issues, or who are pregnant should consult a doctor before use.
- Alcohol or drug use before or during sauna sessions is not permitted.
- Users participate at their own risk and must follow safety instructions provided at setup.
4. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a waiver and rental agreement before using the sauna.
Wood. Fire. Salt. and its owner are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
5. Property & Equipment
The sauna and shower kit remain the property of Wood. Fire. Salt. Guests agree to treat all equipment with care and return it in its original condition. Any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
6. Weather & Conditions
Safety is our top priority. In the event of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, Wood. Fire. Salt. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings. Customers will be contacted promptly to arrange a suitable alternative.
7. Personal Conduct
We strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all. Wood. Fire. Salt. is LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to ensuring that all guests feel safe and valued.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the session without refund.
